Alkebulan is a vast, diverse continent shared bt FIVE races. From the frozen northern peaks to the sweeping southern deserts, each race governs distinct, powerful domains that perfectly reflect their unique physical evolutions, ancient philosophies, and profound connections to the natural world.

Alkebulan is a vast, diverse continent shared bt FIVE races. From the frozen northern peaks to the sweeping southern deserts, each race governs distinct, powerful domains that perfectly reflect their unique physical evolutions, ancient philosophies, and profound connections to the natural world.
THE RACES OF ALKEBULAN
AYANI
A star-born race that skips childhood entirely, emerging directly as young adults around 18 years of age. Over their lifetimes, their skin transitions from dark tones to an indigo or blue-black hue, and eventually becomes completely pure white before they pass away. As they age, distinctive white markings gradually spread across their bodies.
IRINBORN
A highly resilient people whose flesh naturally sprouts small mineral protrusions. Over the course of their lives, their physical bodies slowly transform into dense, basalt-like volcanic rock. Upon death, they solidify completely, becoming volcanic standing stones
OBURU
A remarkably long-lived, tree-born race possessing average lifespans of around 400 years. They are born from pods with tree-like bodies devoid of foliage. As they grow older, physical branches and leaves emerge from their forms, and upon death, they permanently transform into full baobab trees.
NKISI
A spiritually symbiotic race whose members are each born hosting a primordial spirit. As they age, their physical bodies slowly mutate to take on the characteristics of their bonded spirit—for example, a leopard spirit user will gradually grow feline traits until becoming a full leopard upon death
WATU
A highly adaptable race possessing the shortest lifespan. Their defining physical trait is their profound evolutionary adaptability; over millennia, they can alter their physical builds and skin colors to survive vastly different, harsh environmental climates.

The Irinborn Kingdom
Dominating the active, volcanic landscapes of the west. This kingdom is governed by the Irinborn.
The Nkisi Kingdom
Located throughout the eastern spirit jungle. It is ruled by the spiritually attuned Nkisi.
The Oburu Kingdom
Situated deep within the dense eastern forests. This territory is the ancestral domain of the Oburu
The Ayani Kingdom
Located in the frozen, high-altitude regions of the north. This kingdom is ruled and inhabited by the star-born Ayani.
The Zara Nation
A vast, interconnected desert empire located in the southwest of the continent. It is one of the three distinct domains ruled by the Watu.
The Malika Federation
Found along the coastlines of the southeast. This thriving maritime and diplomatic territory is ruled by the Watu
The Kazi Empire
Situated in the highly fertile south-central plains. This agriculturally rich territory is governed by the Watu
